Dedicated resource

  • Managed day to day by us, reporting directly to you

  • Backup cover during leave, arranged by us
  • Recruitment, screening and training handled by us

Best for: Steady, predictable volume; practices wanting continuity and someone who knows the client base.

Job by job

Send work as it arrives. We quote, deliver and invoice monthly.

  • Priced per job or per hour, whichever suits the work
  • No minimum volume, no long-term commitment
  • A named contact for day-to-day communication
  • Same review and sign-off process as the dedicated model
  • Suits clearly-defined outputs — accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll
Best for: Lumpy or seasonal volume; testing the relationship before committing.

Seasonal / overflow

A variant of job-by-job for compliance season. Tell us expected volume in advance and we staff for it, then release the capacity afterwards.

What drives cost

Honestly

Transaction volume, number of bank accounts and entities, the state of the records when they arrive, software, turnaround required, and how much judgement each job needs. A clean monthly bookkeeping file costs a fraction of the same file with a nine-month backlog attached.
