Timeline

From first call to steady state

Week 1 — Scoping and access

A call to understand volume, software, deadlines and standards

We list exactly what access we need and how we'll receive documents. NDAs signed both ways. [[TOKEN:onboarding_lead_time]]

Week 2 — Trial job

We take one real job at normal standard

You review the file and tell us what's wrong with it. We document every correction so it becomes a standing instruction rather than a repeated conversation.

Weeks 3–4 — Standards documented

Your file conventions, written down and agreed

Chart of accounts treatment, query protocol and reporting dates are written down and agreed. This document becomes the reference for anyone who works on your account.

Ongoing — Steady state

Work flows on an agreed cycle

Query lists consolidated rather than drip-fed. A monthly check-in on volume and anything that needs adjusting.

Communication

How you'll hear from us

Quality control

Every file passes a preparer and a reviewer. Reviewer sign-off is recorded. Corrections you send back are logged against the account and checked on the next cycle — the point is that the same error doesn't reach you twice.

Working hours

[[TOKEN:working_hours]] — with the overlap noted: our working day starts before yours and ends around your mid-afternoon, so overnight turnaround is the default rather than a special arrangement.

See it work on one job first.

A trial job is the fastest way to judge how we operate.
